While you only ever pay the hourly rate for one designer, you effectively get two for the price of one. What this means is we share the work based on the type of project. For example, Tim is an excellent motion graphics designer and illustrator while Amy is the campaign and branding guru. So depending on the project, you'll get the expert with the most expereince.
You will save money
You only pay for the work we do, you don’t have to worry about super, tax, holiday pay, sick pay or equipment. We're happy to work to hourly rates, day rates, retainers or fixed quotes per project. Whatever works best for you is fine with us.
You can scale based on projects
If you have an initiative, campaign or product launch that requires an extra amount of effort, on top of regular work duties, we work together providing support for the additional workflow without the need for extra hires or more stress on your team.
We offer an outside perspective
We see the inner workings of many different types of businesses and can offer a fresh perspective on what could work for you. With one foot out in the wild, we are always looking for the next trends and can recognise when something is a genuinely great idea or just a fad.

Company culture is important to you
It is important to us too. We are always available for a chat, we might not be there physically but we are only a phone call, zoom meeting or text away. We also always like to make time for face-to-face catch-ups whenever possible.

We see ourselves as a small business too, this means we live and die by our clients and connections. It does no good to us to leave people feeling underwhelmed or disappointed with our output.
